Dr. Tracy Crane is an Associate Professor of Medical Oncology, Public Health and Kinesiology at the University of Miami, the Co-leader of the Cancer Control Research Program and Director of Lifestyle Medicine, Prevention and Digital Health at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Dr. Crane leads a multi-disciplinary research team to carry out the delivery of lifestyle interventions across the cancer continuum, many of which utilize digital health solutions such as wearable devices.
Dr. Crane is also a registered dietitian and received her PhD in Nursing Science from the University of Arizona. She serves as the Vice-Chair for Cancer Prevention and Control for the National Cancer Institute’s Community Oncology Research Program for NRG Oncology, Dr. Crane is also a principal investigator of several large National Cancer Institute (NCI) and Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) trials.
