As a physician-scientist and computational oncologist\, his research focuses on characterizing the tumor–immune microenvironment to overcome immunotherapy resistance in multiple myeloma. By combining longitudinal single-cell multi-omics\, immune receptor profiling\, and ex vivo functional assays\, Dr. Coffey investigates the determinants of host T-cell fitness and exhaustion. His work aims to identify predictive biomarkers and translational strategies to optimize the therapeutic durability of bispecific antibodies and CAR T-cell therapies in multiple myeloma. \n\n\n\n \n\nHow to Join\n\nThis session is held on Zoom.
