Participants will gain practical knowledge on emerging technologies\, best practices\, and multidisciplinary approaches to improving patient outcomes. \n\n \n\nLearning Objectives\nAt the conclusion of the activity\, participants will be able to: \n\nSelect the appropriate genomic testing strategy for a patient with metastatic prostate cancer (germline vs. somatic\, tissue vs. ctDNA\, and optimal timing relative to disease state)\, and identify the alterations that carry an approved therapeutic indication.\nApply biomarker results to treatment sequencing decisions\, including PARP inhibitor use in HRR-altered disease\, PSMA-directed radioligand therapy based on imaging selection\, pembrolizumab in MSI-H/dMMR/TMB-high tumors\, and AKT inhibition in PTEN-loss/PI3K-pathway-altered mCRPC.\n\n\n \n\nHow to Join\n\nThis session is held entirely on Zoom.
