Dr. Lee will give an overview of the health benefits of mind-body practices such as mindfulness, yoga and Tai-Chi. Dr. Lee is a chronic disease and occupational epidemiologist with interests in the application of mind-body practices such as meditation and yoga in the management of chronic conditions and for workers employed in high-stress occupations.
