National Public Health Week 2026

National Public Health Week is a time to celebrate the vital role that public health plays in shaping healthier communities. Every action we take in our homes and communities has an impact on the well-being of those around us. Whether it’s creating safe spaces to live, fostering supportive workplaces, or ensuring access to recreational areas, the places where we live and work significantly influence our health. By making a difference in our daily environments, we contribute to the collective health of our communities, building a foundation for a stronger, healthier future.

To celebrate, the Department of Public Health Sciences is excited to partner with the School of Nursing (SONHS) for a series of collaborative events.
