Overview

The Moving Forward Faculty Development Series is formulated to enhance career and professional development, improve faculty’s ability to define career goals; improve faculty communication with peers and leadership; increase involvement in mentoring for mentees and mentors, improve mentoring skills of mentors and learn mentee expectations.

All Faculty, Local and Regional Faculty

Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity participants will be able to

Discover the origins of the Cultural M&M Programs nationally and it’s relevance to the C-Change Programs core goals.

Analyze the critical components for a successful program and what modifications are necessary to maximize value and impact.

Assess how open discussions among healthcare team members can lead to action items that can improve inclusivity.
