Neva Kirk-Sanchez, PhD, PT Professor and Chair of the Department of Physical Therapy, and the Program Director for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
Dr. Kirk-Sanchez is an expert in physical activity and exercise for management of movement and health in aging adults. She helped develop the community-based Eat Better- Move More Program to improve healthy behaviors and co-authored pivotal publications on clinical practice guidelines for the management of falls in aging adults, sponsored by the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy and the American Physical Therapy Association.
