OBJECTIVES:

At the conclusion of this activity participants will be able to:

• Explain how taking a holistic approach to health and focusing on lifestyle modifications can address changes in physical, cognitive, and psychological disorders in older adults.
• Outline the evidence for integrative strategies to improve health outcomes.
• Develop an integrative health plan for older adult patient care.
